Best Western Corpus Christi

I loved stay and cleanliness and comfort of rooms. Staff was awesome too.I didn’t like that they charged extra for parking on top of room rate .And in description it shows balcony and they were sealed closed that was bummer .

The location was great, we were looking out on the harbour and had some restaurants and bars within walking distance. The outdoor pool and deck was nice and they have a gorgeous bar that is all windows looking out at the harbour. Breakfast was also great! Lots of options, one of the best we’ve had at a hotel! The bed was comfortable and room was a nice size and clean. There was also laundry facilities but only one of the 4 washers worked and 2 of the 4 dryers. The change machine downstairs didn’t work so getting the quarters to do laundry was also a pain. They do have a nice lobby to sit with friends and socialize.

Over all I liked the hotel. However we had to wait an entire day due to crap was in our bath tub and I had to call 3 times before someone fixed it. Also here is a little tip for management. Have your housekeepers check on guests if staying more then 2 days to empty trash, see if they need clean towels, even freshen up a room. I had to empty my own trash and had to ask for clean towels. I use to work in housekeeping and it adds just that extra touch.

Nice big room; good view; very clean; central location; great breakfast space with view; good easy parking; very friendly staff; comfy bed.

I was on a business trip and had stayed at this hotel many years ago and the stay was not all that great. This time, it was a better experience and totally impressed with the room, staff and even the cleanliness of the pool. Lissa from the breakfast buffet was very sweet and always had time to acknowledge every person that walked in. Rhonda from the front desk was very helpful as well.
